One Year Commentary

Writing for one year with eXcapethematriX.com has definitely been a learning experience. It’s been a learning experience that gave me an opportunity to reflect on the friendships I’ve established, the faithfulness that others had in my art and talent when I didn’t even have it for myself. Most importantly, it gave me an opportunity to show off a side of my ART that I haven’t showed before. I’ve watched so many faces come and go that when the position of Director of Arts was offered to me, I knew that much would be required of me.
I’m still growing in the magazine and I think there’s actually a level of potential and purpose that I’d like to reach before I pass the torch on to the next. But in the meantime, discipline, teamwork and the beautiful networking web that this magazine has woven together is what’s sustaining my presence. On to another year, team!!!
